All transactions on xck44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any legal obligations related to taxes, duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the user. xck44 does not deduct any additional tax or fee from winnings.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xck44 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, an active bonus offer must be applicable at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must bet 25 times the bonus amount). For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier assignment and changes are at the discretion of xck44. The terms for VIP cashback and other benefits are subject to change. Benefits may be cancelled if a user's VIP tier is downgraded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xck44 and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using any software, robot, bot or automated method to play games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
